Post-Construction & Turnover Clean
Construction dust settles on every surface and keeps reappearing for weeks unless it's removed properly. We take a finished build-out or an office handback from punch-list to presentation: fine dust from walls and fixtures, the inside of every cabinet, adhesive and paint-spot checks, and floors finished for the surface.
Scope of work
- Dust removal from walls, trim and reachable ceilings
- Inside all cabinets, drawers and storage
- Fixtures, hardware and appliance exteriors polished
- Sticker, paint-spot and adhesive checks on glass and tile
- Detailed vacuuming including edges and corners
- Floors finished with the right method for the surface
- Restrooms and kitchenettes made move-in ready

GCs and office tenants wrapping a build-out, and companies handing back or taking over a lease.
Good to know
Heavy debris removal (lumber, drywall, etc.) is not included — we come in after the contractor's rough cleanup.
